This is an old mod that still works today. It is a great backup for when your vamp forgets to feed and there is no "cattle" around. You can only use it once per day. There is a part of me that wishes there was no time limitation, but then it would negate the feeding aspect of vampires making it too easy. I mean honestly, I hardly use it because there are so many people around, but it is nice to know there is something in reserve before I hit Stage 4 vampirism feeding and everyone attacks me (works great with Better Vampires mod.) Endorsed!
Great mod. Great for use with the excellent mod houses that sadly lack dedicated thralls. Or if you just want a bit of free extra progression for Better Vampires on a regular basis.
Love the idea of this mod. I'll see how it works later tonight.
I've been playing a "heroic" vampire. You know, no feeding on story NPC's, no feeding on townies, absolutely *NO* feeding on children, and so on. Only focus on thugs, bad guys, and anyone who comes at me with a sword drawn. It turns out there's no shortage of jerks in Skyrim who fit that latter category.
But every now and then, it's hard to find a target without exposing the secret. Having an Emergency Backup Ration on standby is a nice touch. Especially since I use the Better Vampires mod, and one of the things that does, is it disables blood potions. It's real people or nothing.
I like this mod and will endorse when I am able. But, I do have one question, is the summoned cattle always male?Would it be possible to summon a female cattle to feed on?
I uninstalled and am going to try again but this mod didn't work for me the first time i'm using the better vampires mod that might have something to do with it.
Vampire Survival Kit, the Summon Cattle spell tome. It's an absolute must-have for any aspiring vampires, you'll never have to go thirsty... Or need to lookup the Potion of Blood ID and add new ones to your inventory everytime you run out.
