Thanks for the thumbs up. I like playing at low levels 1-38. Having cheap, accessible, epic buffs and items in remote locations makes the game more fun from start, the initial level 1 when you have nothing.
The game is not balanced in any dimention or proportion after Player Character level 28 anyway.
