Bug: The Heavy Armor perk Conditioned requires Cushioned, as in vanilla, but this shouldn't be the case in the new Heavy Armor constellation implemented by this mod.
You either have a mod conflict or I fixed that in my plugin and forgot about it. Looking through the plugin in xedit, it requires fists of steel, not cushioned.
I want to revert the changes to the weapon perks that make them affect all weapons, so that they are restricted by weapon type again. How do I do this? I look at the perks in the creation kit and they seem identical to vanilla. What was done to remove the weapon restrictions?
in the compatibility issues it says a new game is recommended. will removing all of my perks with the console and then putting the skillpoints into the new perk trees work?
any risks you take will be on you. Personally, I would go with a new game. If you try and install it on an existing game, and then something goes wrong, I hope you are aware that it is likely you won't get much help
While I do like the rearranged perk trees, I must point out 3 bugs:
Conjuration - Atromancy - no record found on skyrelaism perk trees, vanilla requirements apply (should be changed to require Novice Conjuration Perk instead of Summoner as per mod description and tree layout)
Archery - Power Shot - should require Quick Shot OR Steady Hand (the required perks are wrong in the plugin)
Light Armor - Cloud Dancer - should require both Wind Walker AND Unhindered (currently requiring only one)
I fixed these issues and forwarded fixes from the unnofficial patches, unfortunately, it seems MTichenor has abandoned the mod, so I'm not sure how can I share this replacer plugin.
I'm really liking this mod and finally settled on it for my next playthrough. I tend to be ruthless about fixing mod errors, however, and I noticed that this overwrites chances made by Dragonborn/Unofficial Dragonborn Patch, by the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, and certainly overwrites all of the changes that Weapons and Armor Fixes Remade makes to perk.
Most of the changes are relatively easy to forward. Compatibility with Weapon and Armor Fixes Remade is more complex however and I had difficulty with the records, as tempering has been split into separate perks. Would you be willing to make a patch with the appropriate changes, please, and update the mod to forward the missing USKP/Dragonborn changes?
I decided to take matters into my own hands and I've resolved all of the above conflicts myself. I only fixed the Balanced version, not the Unbalanced version.
I resolved all stated conflicts with Dragonborn and the unofficial patches and made the appropriate changes to all of the perks. Send me a private message with an e-mail address that I can mail the file to and you're welcome to use it.
Unable to claim the Atromancy perk, had to use console command to obtain it, even after it is grayed out as though I lack the skill, I have 45 in Conjuration and was even able to buy it's sister perk for double duration for undead.
Dawnguard adds two extra perk trees for vampires and werewolves, what i dont understand is why the heck doesnt the author make an extra version for dawnguard.
I'm a little confused as to how the "Soul Thief" perk works. Does it make any weapon trap souls (magical or not), only magical ones so you don't have to specifically enchant Soul Trap on them, or something else entirely?
Soul Stealer in conjuration? It says in the description that bound weapons (the weapons you can summon with magic) trap souls... So yeah, thats your answer.

And if you do, I'll be most grateful for it.
