Hey Caleb, I only just got your PM as I've only just regained access to my PC after visiting family, so don't think I've been ignoring you.

CaptBlackbeard - I'm trying my hand at quest building right now related to the book. Building dialogs seems to take soo much time... some odd reason it doesn't want to see my mic either... wierd... so i can't record sound for it not sure if thats going to mess with the dialog options or not. But yes I'm working on a mini quest for learning how to do face sculpting

Just wondering what you thought about my suggestions caleb68. I think this could potentially be a very good lore-friendly little mod.

@dubstyles: "they deal in Skooma, why not torture?" has to be one of the strangest leaps in logic possible, almost equivalent to some kind of Fox News drug scare report. I don't think drug dealing can be equated to active participation in torture at all.

Hey cool! I guess the most obvious place to place the book would be the torture chamber in Helgen Keep, but I did not mention it b/c it is so very early in the game. Some people might appreciate it being there as opposed to Riverwood... I use alternate start though so I never see Helgen!

added 3 locations to find the book, thanks for the suggestions dubstyles. Being this doesn't require dawnguard, I left out the face sculptor to pickpocket the book off of.

fixed the spelling in the book everyone mentioned, thanks im a horrible speller. Also lowered the base price of the book to 300 to counter merchant markup.

The reason for adding it to Riverwood Trader was mainly convenience. If anyone knows a good spot to place it in vanilla skyrim please suggest and i'll take into consideration.

Far as quests, I haven't done any yet so not sure where to even start yet (was planning on doing a house quest). This is my first scripted item.

They didn't seem to add a command to be able to access the face sculpting from the console, least I haven't found one yet.

No mods are required in order to use this in vanilla skyrim, but you should have the latest version of skyrim installed in order for it to work (outlined on the main page).

Greta idea, and you made it lore-friendly (well as much as Bethesda's face sculptor). The book is entertaining, and the required items make perfect sense!

If you update for spelling: I noticed that in the werewolf paragraph you use "your" when you should have used "you're". Also in the part about patient recovery, you repeat "no down time" twice in the same sentence. But these slight errors aside, I love it!

I don't think it makes sense to add the book and tools to the Riverwood Trader, but it is convenient. Why would Lucian have them? The book and tools might find better homes in other locations. For example; put them in the inventory of the face sculptor so they must be stolen (or the book in her inventory and the tools on a nearby table). You can hide a book in the Brotherhood Sanctuary torture chamber, as it already has the tools. Or maybe in the Radiant Raiment, Taarie and her sister Endarie strike me as the type fixated on appearance enough to engage in a little nip and tuck! You could add the torture tools to the drop list of the random assassins that attack the player, or even Kajiit caravans (they deal in Skooma, why not torture?)

Anyways, these are just my deas to further integrate this into Skyrim.

I'm curious as to what that command for the face sculpting menu is. Also, I noticed some spelling and punctuation mistakes in the book. I'll be changing the text for myself to be correct so I can list them if you'd like to change it also.
