Does this mod still work properly with Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch? Or do I need to change the master file to USLEEP somehow?

    I'M BACK BABY!

I fixed this mess and it should work just fine now no more problems! This mod REQUIRES the unofficial skyrim patch and the unofficial hearthfire patch in order to work correctly. Basically ANY default player home mod will require the unofficial patches now because of the weapon rack/shield rack fixes they did.

This looks like a fine mod. I always liked the house, but never got it, because it's - according to UESP - missing several key crafting stations. Did you "fix" that as well?
Also, the instructions are pretty horrifying - do I really have to do all the console stuff to get the mod working?

Oh you mean there should be a giant smoking smelter down there and so on? I don't add those things into the default player homes since there is usually one of those things nearby anyway.

      Oh balls.
The trouble is there is not a single smelter in Solitude (as far as I know), and even if it was, running around the whole city would be pain in the ass (not to mention you often have much more to smelt than your carry limit).
In my opinion, any player house without ALL crafting facilities is... I don't want to say useless, but it feels like it. That's one of the main reasons why I never used any of the vanilla or Heartfire houses (and I LOVE the concept of this one). I kinda hoped your mod covered this
Basically, doing any crafting is pointless unless you have all the facilities and enough storage at hand. It might not look like a big deal at first, but you get sick of running around very, very quickly.

You made a really good job Dragonslayer, gratz to yo.
However, as other said, a workshop should be useful, not necessary with a foundry, but the minimum to make a few things, such an anvil and so on...

      Thanks anyway

A workbench in the basement or a grindstone outside could make sense for a commoner or artisan's house, but a forge and/or smelter isn't something you'd find in a noble or upper-class merchant's manor. It's particularly stupid to put those indoors in a basement. Great way to set your house on fire, though. Or to suffocate from the smoke.

Definitely my favorite layout for this house. Any chance of a multiple-adoptions version?

Oh man I gotta fix this house again! I think the navmeshcut block that sits under the wall for the childrens room is not working since they try to walk through the wall and some other problems too. Once I get the scripting right nobody should have to do crazy console commands on it anymore but for users of the unofficial skyrim patch I might have to remake the whole house with that patch as a master file:-(

To be honest, in this age and time, mods should require the unofficial patches. There are tons of fixes that should not be ignored.

Looks great. I currently use the General Stores versions of all the homes. Any chance of adding a few of those containers? Once you start using GS, there really isn't any going back. (Not talking about linked cloud storage... just for Proudspire.)

Just a heads up about problems with this mod... I am playing with the unofficial skyrim patch AND the unofficial hearthfire patch along with all my mods. This mod suffers from some conflicts with those patches. Basically there is a cooking pot floating under the living room curtains and also the player bedroom does not show up after buying it nor does the outside patio furniture. So after buying those upgrades any fellow users of the unofficial patches will have to manually enable the affected upgrade markers and disable that magic floating cooking pot.

Looks nice. However, does it use vanilla lighting or custom? Whenever I use something with custom lighting, it freaks out. Either way, lovely!

Extra lights mods will make everything mess up in this mod because I pretty much crammed the lights in so they are very sensitive.

When I go down or up stairs the textures for the next floor don't appear until I almost get there.
There are two mannequins on the ground floor that I think should be in the basement (from their positioning).
