@ Eldritchsl: i had that problem for months -.- It's because of the shader injection (for example fxaa or sweetfx). As this enb setting uses sweetfx, it would crash for me, too.
I found lots of suggestions, for example check your directx version, or read log.log file for further clues (if you are missing a dll or it got copied into the wrong directory) or close other programs, especially Fraps.
