yes, to remove requirements for perks, in the FOMM, Tessnip. ... you delete subrecords CTDA from the GRUP(PERK) entry you want to modify. ... thats all, delete the CTDA records.... and to change the value of the carry capacity... the 2nd DATA points to a GRUP(SPEL) .... the EFIT in the SPEL is the # to change, the weight is coded weird, so i used this as a reference: http://forums.bethsoft.com/index.php?/topic/1295348-tutorial-how-to-change-basic-stats-from-weapons-damage-value-etc ..... each 5 is 20 change with 42 as the second byte.
Love the mod. I think it was very smart add all the different variants. Allowing for different levels of realism and less so with the more high ones. Can you make or know off a mod that allows for NOREQ for other/all/selective perks. Or how it could be done. Imagine different .esp files for each skill tree. Nevertheless, thanks for the great mod.
