Sounds of Skyrim - The Wilds on the Steam Workshop has something like that. After I installed it and after a few minutes wandering the wilds of Skyrim, I heard a women shriek off in the distance. It scared the crap out of me, then it dawned on me... That was a fox! I know because as with any fox lover, I have searched online what calls and sounds they make. I even recognized the sound it made in my game as a "Fox Call" which is mainly used for courting and mating. Of course the mod has other wild animal sounds too, including birds.
At last! Real looking foxes! I could scarcely recognise the vanilla foxes as they looked like mud-coloured crosses between raccoons and rats. Your foxes are perfect. Had a good look at one in-game yesterday. Thanks for a mod that ups the game so nicely!
I love this, but have a question: latest version is shown as 1.2, in the file download and on the general file information, but NMM is recognising it as version 1.1 and giving me one of those "you need to update" warnings. It isn't a problem, just mildly irritating, but I'm wondering if it's a glitch with your file numbering or with NMM?
I came back to endorse this - is one of my favorite mods. Works well with the Softer Fur mod, and great if you like animal companions (Summon Animal companion mod).
Tried to upload an image but it wouldn't let me here so here ya go!
Site shows new file was uploaded on Dec 22, but the file I just downloaded (v1.2) has the exact same contents (and file dates) as the one I already had. Most files are dated 12/5 and one is dated 12/11. Is this actually version 1.2? If so, what changed?

Someone mentioned the sound they make at night, and yeah it would be quite a good add to wildlife ambience. Specially their "Ritual Fight" sounds =o
NMM occasionally does that to me too. if I were you I wouldn't sweat it too much
