   i think you need to tweak the path finding for the npc's and mob's. currently they try to take the shortest path to you and that end up with them getting stuck inside the walls. it has happened more then once.
   also those who claim you will get "water walking bug" that is false. i have used the amulet A LOT and not gotten that bug at all.
   you can not expect the necklace to hide you if they (npc/mob) have SEEN you hide and it also helps if you actually HAVE stealth skill.

   Just a cosmetic effect all NPCs can detect you just fine.

   S i found the key and the note but there is no information on where the cave really is.. sorta hard to find this way.
