But yes as stated before, you can open the console, select the tree, type "disable" and voila. You can also use "markfordelete", save and load again, but this command is permanent, make sure you have a backup save if using this command.
Open console pressing ' click in the tree and and type disable. Don't need a mod for that, como on... Inside the house if you don't like a object, open console, click on it and type markfordelete, exit de house save and load, and puff... the thing wil vanish. Outside lakeview manor disable comand work for everything.
Nice simple mod. Any chance you could also get the one on the western side of the house, behind the animal pen? It blocks the view from my enchanting tower.
