Sorry no, I've been off line and homeless for the last couple of years with only sporadic internet access. I'm just now getting settled into a new home and I don't have the time for much in the way of modding. I also do not have SSE installed so working on it is not an option.
This makes such a difference to the immersion. Now I can hear the difference when I walk on snow or carpet. As bdavis8529 said some time ago, it would be good to have louder hoof sounds whilst riding. If you have time or the inclination! Well done and thanks!
Love your mod and have endorsed. Really improved my last play-through as a heavy armor character, but this time I am trying a light armor guy. Only problem is it still sounds like I am wearing heavy armor when I am walking and running which is really kinda distracting. Sounds fine when I am sprinting though. Is there any way to fix this or is it a Bethesda problem?
The sounds are the default made by beth. The only way to fix it would be to make your own esp to change the footstep sound for each type of boot/shoe to something you find more fitting. You could use my esp for that if you'd like and it would be simplest to do it from tes editor. Simply go through the boots and select a different footstep sound for each one you wish to change.

Here's a video showing my situation (I have your mod activated in this footage): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTrbcPueza4
