It didn't work here in the Legendary version, unfortunately I'll have to use the code to cross the wall, it breaks immersion, but I couldn't find another mod like it.
It seems to want to work whenever it wants. Sometimes it will work for me. Other times it just won't unless I zone outside... which... well, defeats the purpose.
