Are you sure that this mod works?? I mean you give a hint "werewolf" and i seek every where near the cave and Jorrvaskr also inside of it and i didnt find any mysterious chest anywhere near by ^_-
Besides the people that saw your first pic (me included), do you really intend for people to waste their time searching for a chest in a huge place like Whiterun without giving any hints about it's location (area) or a smart riddle for people to figure out? The loot in it can still be a surprise, but still you should give hints to it.

Need clues to find chest. Skyrim has loads and all look the same.
That screen shot does not help . Or just use console help whiterun and look for mod name
