Just felt the need to point out that this seems to be WAY more difficult than necessary. Almost makes it pointless to even use SkyRE with any armor or weapon mods....
You have to launch the ReProccer.jar through ModOrganizer. If you don't want it to run BOSS when launching the reproccer, add 'Debug-NoBOSS.bat' instead.

Hey just wanted to let someone know that every time I run the reproccer.jar to update SKYRE it tells me it can't find Skyre_main.esp in the load order.
I have verified it is there and it is up through BOSS.
I'm having a problem myself. Just updated most of my major mods and installed the Immersive Weapons mod, and now that I've updated to the new version of the ReProccer it doesn't work.
It loads to 100% in the initial bar, then I get the error message "There was an exception thrown during program execution: "java.lang.NullPointerException." Check the Debug Logs." Anyone have any clues or suggestions?
when u double click the ReProccer.jar you'll see settings option there uncheck the Arrow setting and run the pacth, this solved my problem i use sneak tool and this mod add several arrow in game i think this cause the problem.

Solved it pretty easily.

I think my problem is because i have the wrong version of balbor's installed.
I can't figure out how to manually install it though =(

I suspect it may be because of bad file pathing or installation, or the reproccer not being installed into the correct location
