      Try saving right before entering Whiterun then quit, then start Skyrim again, load save and try.

      no way, i met this problem too and i found that Iris is NOT at Riverwood's Inn, she is at Winterhold's Inn!!
      and Veronica is NOT at Windhelm Palace of the Kings, she is at Falkreath DeadMan's Drink!!
      
      obviously you updated their location and did not fix the newest information on your MOD description section...
      yes i thank you for made this great mod but if we can't find their location that will be a waste, right?

    I just noticed that Melissa has several of her lines forced to use English voice (I guess this means you have English voices included in the mod). Even though I switched to Japanese voices, Melissa still uses English for various lines like "Still here", "Lead the way", "I'm right behind you" etc. This problem happens with Melissa alone and makes me rather uncomfortable when everyone else is speaking Japanese.
    
    Please change her to use a default voice if possible instead of forcing her to speak English only.
