Remove Arcane smithing perk as a required perk to craft silver swords make it use the Steel perk instead because c-mone silver weapons are pretty much useless at smithing lvl 60
Against undead enemies they are in fact the second-most usefull weapons, right after daedric weapons. Plus they are much lighter. And just imagine a fully-improved Silver Sword with a highlevel fire Enchantment against Vasmpires. Let me just say "The Overkill hath been doubled!"
I notice the price of the weapons is low, did you re-specify it ?
I seem to have loaded a mod somewhere that's setting all the silver weapons to ridiculous prices - I can never sell them without unbalancing the game - like 3k a sword.
Not sure which mod is the culprit, but this could be a workaround if you re-priced them.

from 7 base to 21 base damage or is this after tempering?
