The female version of that helmet still looks absurd, even after your changes. I think you'd have to remodel it pretty drastically in order for it to look good. The whole goofy face and metal mohawk thing is just...bleh.
It's also pretty silly that you can find all of this dwarven armor laying around and it somehow fits everyone despite being crafted by a diminuitive race for a diminuitive race. From what I remember, in the one single encounter where you fight dwarven ghosts, they're short like you'd expect them to be, despite being just another race of elves in the TES universe.
Since you can't seem to keep from insulting mods and their authors, you can take your observations elsewhere. --TNL
The Dwemer weren't as short as you might think. They were nicknamed 'dwarves' by the giants living in the Velothi mountains. If you look at the size of Dwemer objects from multiple Elder Scrolls games: beds, doors, weapons, cutlery, etc. (Even the heavy crossbow turrets from Morrowind are a certain height) you'll notice that they're all made for an average height individual. Many elves are typically a bit taller than humans - the Dwemer seemed to be roughly an average human height. Then we have the Dwemer Specters from Morrowind (who were a fairly common enemy within Dwemer ruins), who were of average human height, and Yagrum Bragarn (or however his name is spelled), the last living dwarf, who, though only half a man, his upper half is of human height.
