I'm sorry to ask but the mod doesn't work . I installed it both manually and via NMM , but It still didn't work . I uninstalled Ultimate HD fire effect . I have Unofficial Skyrim patch installed and I don't know what to do . PLEASE HELP ME . I really want this mod .
You are supposed to get permission if permission is not provided. Be prepared for a warning or a ban if there is no permission granted. That's against the Nexus rules.
Could someone upload an already converted HD Fire effects Mod, I have no interest in Creation Kit (which keeps crashing), I just want to load the mod and play the flipping game already, I cannot bring myself to play with the awful vanilla fire effects.
Can someone please port this to Special Edition? A couple of users further down stated they would or had ported it, but there's nothing on the nexus. There are no fire effect overhauls for Special Edition and the vanilla effect is ugly as hell..
You can easy do it yourself. Load this mod esp in Creation Kit SSE then save it (easy as that) so the esp (form 43 Oldrim) gets the form 44 (Special Edition) Then you download the SSE Nif Optimizer (here on nexus) and move it on the meshes folder of this mod, run it and let it work.
Nothing more than this. I converted it myself and using it on SSE since 70 hours without issues.
Hey reminx, I have actually already done this but it conflicts with Embers HD's new flame effect add-on unfortunately. Tbh I was hoping someone would do a proper conversion so that there was a chance a compatibility patch could be made..
Hi IDOLxD3VIL. Im not using the flame from Embers HD, im using the flame that this mod brings, i like it. On a side note, SSE version of EmbersHD is having quite a bit of issues as reported by some users/modders, so i really recommend to use the oldrim version if you want it. Personally the new flame on the SE version of EmbersHD is making me lag (and i have a beast pc) near big fires and i even have reversed flames on torches (flames go down not up ). No issue with any other flame.
You can try to use the embers hd 2048 (optional files of legendary edition) of the legendary edition paired with this (that's what i do) and see what happens. I like how it look. Or you can try embershd 2048 with Cinematic Fire FX legacy (optional files of this mod) and see how it look.
Thanks for the info reminx, I'll have a play around with this and the Oldrim version for Embers to see if I can come up with a setup that works for me. I have to say though, I haven't had any issues at all with Embers for SSE other than a missing mesh issue for the torches which was fixed, maybe you have a conflict with something else causing it to lag? I think the mod author for Embers is looking at overhauling the fire effects himself as well, so could be worth keeping an eye on
Okay... since WASN'T the author who converted to SSE... can YOU PLEASE, dear author, port it to SSE? I was using it AND SUGGESTING it, to my SSE Guide here in Nexus - and now I don't have it.
