Okay folks there is a update coming for this mod. I added 2 more NPCs, fixed the black face bug, added some new arrows, I nerfed all the arrows down to 1000 arrows per stack and boosted my vendors gold to 2000g. Be on the look out for the mod in a few days. You know what would make this better and more immersive? Can you put the person in The Drunken Huntsman? Even if they are just sitting at a table. Better would be to increase the stock of the Drunken Huntsman. But if not, just place our different vendors (arrow and potion) in the stores, would make it a bit more immersive.
Id like to point out in the vanilla game there is an arrow shop in solitude. its not the best at first but gets better as you level and invest in it. even has dadric arrows sometimes.
When I installed the pre nov 18th version, vendors would no longer sell anything? they did not even have the what do you have for sale option in the menu. I will try the update.
