   I love that there's a mod that keeps the original look of this house <3 But will I need to clear all my items out of the house before installing this mod? I'd hate to lose all my stuff.

   Thank you for this. It's extremely irritating that the minimum character level requirement to purchase Vindrel Hall is 20.

   @hornedbear I haven't tested it yet, but you shouldn't have to. All this did was add things in the house. I have not edited the quest or the house that would cause conflicts with the quest.

   Interesting mod, perhaps adding an anvil instead of forge might fit in better in the house? Just a thought.
