A perfect home for a squatter or vagrant on the edge of nowhere. I'd love to see more player houses like this; it seems like even the "modest" and "small" homes have way too many luxuries.
If anything, this place could maybe use a bit more filth and clutter -- maybe some cobwebs and the like?
@bobrockstar: Thanks, hm. I had this idea on creating a basement for the house with a necromancer working on human bodies in there that wasn't very friendly so you could kill him and take over his place and continue "his work", hurr hurr.
Looks really cool. Tracking to see where things go. Would be cool to add a quest to give a story about the previous owners. It's still a really cool addition to the town even without a quest or backstory.
Downloaded it and took some screenshots. Leaving the building causes both the player and followers to fall through the balcony. Followers seem to get trapped, from there. The interior definitely needs a dresser and bed... looking forward to seeing how you place the furniture to enhance the vertigo.

I think I have fixed the issue where you would fall through the balcony in the latest version of this mod.
