@mike2977: You can open RAR files with 7zip. Just tick it off in the 7zip settings.
You put the txt files in the main Skyrim folder (where TESV.exe is).
In game open the console (often the ` key) and type "Bat <the name of the .txt file>" without the quotation marks and using the name of one of the .txt files (one at a time). Like this: Bat conjuration. Then hit enter and close the console again. That should do it.
I have not used batch files before, so could you provide a link to info on how to use them?
Also, on downloading, where to I unpack the folder so the console BAT command can find them?
Finally, you used the RAR compression, which many of us may not have access to. I suggest ZIP or 7Z which is fairly common with those that download mods.
