For one thing the esp needs to be cleaned. You have 6 identical to masters and much more serious, 13 deleted vanilla record (these WILL cause crashes if another mod tries to modify them). Its also completely safe to remove Update.esm from its master list.
Now onto the less obvious stuff. You have added an NPC that uses assets from ApachiiSkyHair, thus forcing anyone how wants to use this to also ApachiiSkyHair. While there is nothing technically wrong with this, it is generally considered poor form. A better approach might be to add the NPC with a different mod.
And finally, you have added a map marker to the back of Jorrvaskr. Again, there is nothing really wrong with this, but is it really needed in a mod that edits the inside of Jorrvaskr? The problem here is that if some other mod ALSO adds a map marker to the back of Jorrvaskr and it is used with this one, then the user will end up with two map markers.
All that said, you really did do a good job redecorating Jorrvaskr.
