      I know this is a liiiittle late, but have you tried TESVEdit? I have very little modding experience and didn't find it difficult at all to learn how to add things to leveled lists: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqU2U3NK7qo

   The original dress was pretty enough for me.
   
   Until I saw these of course.
   
   A love the original dress, and this is just a bunch of cuter versions of it!
   
   I'm going to be using this for all of the forseeable future...

   I really love these dresses! They are so beautiful in a way that actually fits into the game - they genuinely look like something that would be worn in Skyrim & in a cold climate. Thank you so much for sharing this!!
