This mod works but the jewelry does not show up on my character. My character is Lunari which may be why this isn't showing up on her. However, all other jewelry does show up as normal. Any suggestions to try to see if I can get them to show on my character? Thanks.
probably need to make yourself a compatibility patch, load up lunari esp and my esp, then go into the AAs for the rings and necklaces and tick the lunari race
I'm not a mod creator, not yet anyway. I'd like to learn how to do things such as you are suggesting. I'd be willing to give it my best if you could point me in the direction of a guide perhaps? I'd hate to screw something up and break both mods or my game. ;S
I tried a google search for creating your own skyrim patches. I didn't find anything directly relating other than Bash Patches. Is that the same thing? Sorry for being a mod modification noob.
Do you have to have Dawnguard for this to work, or does it make the rings appear without that DLC? Neither the roommate or I have wanted Dawnguard enough to get it yet, but if the rings will still work I'd love to use them in my game.
Darn. I guess I'll just wait until I get Dawnguard. Sooner or later I will, even if it's not until they release a "Game of the Year" edition or whatever with all the DLC included. I've been playing on my roommate's Steam account for now, but sooner or later I'll get my own PC copy.
If I can make a suggestion and you may want to add that 1.8 is a requirement for this mod to work. I use 1.7 and it will not work on one PC but my other PC which runs 1.8 it does work for. Just a FYI for those who have not updated.
The other 95 people haven't reported the same problem, so the problem must be on my end. I just wanted to be sure I was looking in the correct category before I tried to work it out. Thanks for the reply. I will figure it out.
Edit: I just updated my game to 1.8 and they are now showing up in my crafting menu under the jewelry section.
I did actually make sure it was all working and all 9 recipes were in my jewelry section at the forge. If youre not seeing the recipes then I might suggest putting this at the bottom of the load order, in case another mod youre using is keeping them from showing up.
as an aside to the left handed rings, the mod that does it doesnt work with first person, which I think is silly that they couldnt sort it out but then again I just glanced at the nif files and assumed you could just manually flip the right handed ring and line it up with the left hand, but from the mod info I gather theres a bone in the right hand that isnt in the left which stops this from working *shrugs* so im gonna just ignore it for now, sorry folks >.< got other fish to fry, lol
I was pondering this very thing earlier, i had only ever seen invisible left hand rings, I didnt know there was a visible mod out there. I will do some digging and see about making left handed versions.

no, DG is required, I cannot in good conscience release DG assets on the nexus, also I think its illegal.
