   THE ARMOR WILL BE AUTO DELETED FROM SPAWNING BY MOST OVERHAUL MODS OF THOSE AREAS AS THE MODDER FORGOT TO RESET THE SPAWN CODES RIGHT IT IS THE SAME WITH MODS THAT ADD TO CITIES BUT THAT ADDON WONT WORK WITH SAY OPEN CITES ITS BECAUSE THE CODE FOR THE AREA IS NO LONGER THE SAME AS IT WAS IN THE UNMODDED AREAS

   Yes, I have heard someone talking about it. But there is NO armomr in this room for me. Maybe it's a bug, maybe i have brocken save file, maybe it's because of mods.... But i do not have this armor. So I made this. And someone said that he had same problem.

   It does respawn, in the Ragged Flagon - Cistern.
   A whole set is in the room with the locked chests.

   I know that it doesn't respawn anywhere.
   You think i did not try to find? You think only I have the same problem? no.
