ApolloDown has created an awesome mod that make the fires dynamic, spread and hostile to the player. combined with my mod you can burn down whole skyrim if you wish :)
Now you really can call it Inferno. ApolloDown has done a really great work on his mod.
I have to play more with the two mods to see if I have to remove the light from the fires in my mod. If you use both my mod and apollowDown mods please give me feedback if you think i should remove the lightning from the fires. it can be a bit bright

I would of course be able to re-learn modding, but I do not have the time yet. I have been away so long because I got a little sweet angel of an daughter in 2017, and my prioritise have not been on gaming or modding sinse.
I would be honored if someone was willing to take over Make Inferno and develop it more, as I see there is many wishes for improvement on the mod like the fire being put out by snow or water, and spells like frostbite or another mod like my fun "summon snowpiles" ;) and higher damage to the fire, ( I tried that in early versions, it was a hell to meet a dragon, you would never survive that, and people complained they never made a escape out of helgen) If someone is willing to make something more out of this Mod like ApolloDown did for many years ago you can do that, But please give proper cred back to this mod. This mod is, and shall be FREE Forever for the gaming and modding society, I will not accept anyone make money on this, And I will only allow re-upload a remake and/or ported versions of the mod here on the Nexus or Steam as long it is free.
I have been using and loving your mod for a long time now, I just can't believe your mod hasn't been getting the love it deserves. Only 317 endorsements is a travesty in my opinion. Make Inferno has and will continue to have a permanent place in my load order. Yes I do use it in conjunction with ApolloDown's great mod. Tho I have to admit I have to disable the fire in his from time to time. I'm quite insane and currently have 234 plugins and high res texture mods and UGrids at 7. My only suggestion (if you're still there) is a random powerful fireball version. The super fireball is great but let's face it, it's just too great if it's being used in your favor and too butt kickingly depressing if being used against you. However if the knockdowns were random with only a slim chance of happening then this mod would be perfect. Anyway, thanks for a great mod. Cheers.

Nice I have never port a mod to another game though. so i do not know how to do that yet. But if i find the time i may learn the way If someone want to do it for me, they can
It seems to work as is with no modifications so you could probably just re-upload it. Too bad the author of ice and fire took his down as it doesn't work directly on SE (the audio crashes and the game follows after awhile). Is it possible to make the fire damage the player too? And would it be possible to make it so that fire doesn't burn as long on stone/non-burnable material? I really miss the fire spreading in FIO and want a mod that would get close to a similar effect as that had but I feel like that's some tough scripting work.
Quick question regarding fire and ice overhaul. I notice a lot of people here have it. I have converted it for SSE, but I get a crash whenever fires damage buildings, apart from that it works great. Does anyone know what script/xEdit setting could stop the fires from damaging buildings?

Would you like to continue the mod for SSE? The author said its ok. Yes, go on. Do it. You know you want it. We will love you.
Is there any way to have fire stay on surfaces, but not napalm NPCs and myself?
