I have one question. I just started a new character and I went to a forge and made a few items and my smithing skill sky-rocketed up to 84 after just crafting 2 or 3 items. I was just wondering if this is intentional??? My level ended up being at around level 4 after this, so it isn't a big deal other than I feel like I cheated at the smithing skill.
So far, the other skills seem to level up slowly.....By the way I am using the H esp.
I don't think I have any other MODs that alter the skill levels, so I am not sure what is causing this.
That's exactly what I was looking for! Finally, after leveling up smithing for dwarven armorcraft, I can actually wear it without dropping better orcish right from the next bandit due to the enough level!
This mod is VERY USEFUL who wants to play at middle level range longer with alc/enc/smi.
Some other mods for delayed skill level up is delaying their skill gain as moonballz said, this mod makes more exp required for pure level up filled by skill exps.
Thanks Moonballz for this mod and for the need to type moonballz...and thanks to iondragonx for pointing me toward this mod...just a couple of questions and/or confirmments
Confirmment What this mod does is change how much level XP is required for each level up, meaning that I can/will increase more skills between levels, (in the early levels)...am I understanding this correctly
Question Could there also be a way to assign to each skill, how much that skill's levelup would contribute to Level XP so that a mod or user of that mod could assign a weight...IE... I would probably choose to give more weight to Offensive skills (one handed, two handed, destruction, conjuration, archery) than I would to Defensive (block, heavy, light, sneak, restoration) and even less (to none) to Non-Combat (pickpocket, speech, illusion, alteration, alchemy, enchanting, smithing, etc)
And just because I'm a lazy Bastard, If my Breton was determined to maintain a balance across all skills throughout the game...so he is ready and able in any situation...which version would likely keep him at low enough Character Levels that the game difficulty would not leave him behind
ok. Just to be clear. This mod does not make the levelling longer right. It just evens the levelling out, so we're levelling slower than vanilla in the beginning, and faster than vanilla in the end.. right?

@MrPheaNiques:
I think there are other mods that alter XP gain by nature of skill,
but I haven't been keeping track myself so I can't suggest one.
> which version would likely keep him at low enough Character Levels...
Impossible to answer, but pace_H will delay leveling the most.

idea of how fast you will level in "level_comparison.htm".
Pace F, G, or H probably works best for you.
