A few other people have commented asking the same, and I don't see an answer here... Is there any way to remove the letterbox? Whether a file somewhere can be modified, or an alternate download could be put up, I'd very much like to see a variant without the letterbox.
late but just in case someone else is wondering: to remove the effect, edit enbeffect.fx in a text editor and look for #define LETTERBOX_BARS, add the value 0 next to it.
This didn't do anything for me. How is the line supposed to look?
Edit: Nevermind, the letterbox isn't a problem, my problem is that I only have a small circle that's visible, everything else on the screen is black. It looks kind of like tunnel vision.
I like the idea, I'm yet to actually get it installed properly. I'm no mod creator but I have a few ideas to help make this possibly better and more accessible. As I say I am yet to get it working, so possibly a version that can be installed and uninstalled easily through the nexus. Also an option or a slider to allow some colour in the day for a more Splinter Cell Conviction effect and also because I feel night is more fitting for the noir scene. I've never attempted to create a mod, I've only installed a ton of them (and struggled with some of them) so I don't know how easily you can do any of these suggestion or even if you can do them but I will defiantly get round to using it at some point. P.S. I like the idea of having blood and the colour red as a potent colour.
I think this is an amazing idea. I'm currently still running my first thorough run of Skyrim (hundreds of hours... this game eats time) and so experiencing it with color right now, but NO ENB has attracted me more than this one for a later run. Completely different experience, I'm sure.

Also, underwater is green and it makes me crash to desktop
