I don't remember, look for a guy called Kawaii I think he got various mods like that in his page in lover's lab, there is a compilation in the last page of a forum thread called loli characters in the non adult mods, I think is page 99.
Sorry everyone I have been very busy with college and I have not been here for a while, for anyone wondering about the little girl is a mod not hosted in this site :/ you will have to do a little research about it, the mod can be found in Lover's lab site in the Skyrim non-adults mods section, when you find it choose wisely.
NWelf: I will work on the tattoos, the layout is gonna be the same so I think you would have to move them around and scale them to fit your texture, wait for them next week.
Kull7xt: I'm not familiar with the game (Tukaram's) but I will research later and check if I can make them.
Nice ink. Suggestion to make it look more realistic and less black. Real ink blends with skin. In Photoshop set the ink layers to multiply and lower opacity to about 77%, this should give you a really nice blend and make the ink look like an actual tat.
