Well, my ENB settings are somehow fucked up,that DoF does not work (yeah i switched bDoDepthOfField=1 and EnableDepthOfField=true) but, it really makes trees look better (lol wut) and little bit changes sunlight. Maybe thats because i overwrite enbeffectprepass.fx, maybe because skyrim dont like me, however my game looks better
This really gives a more immersive visual effect than any other DOF settings I've come across. I love it. It took about five minutes running around to become adjusted to it, but once I got, it clicked, and I doubt I can play with any other setting now. I use it with RBEs Enhanced 1st Person Camera Bob (standard setting) and Immersive First Person whenever I'm on horseback (don't try fighting horseback in iFP, though), to maintain the first person perspective. That mod has some great features, but the movement was far too clunky for my liking, so a more custom simulation worked best. Your DOF combined combined with these have created a fantastic first person experience and I thank you for your great effort.
Simple working install for Natural Lighting and Atmospherics v1.4 ENB
This is awsome but doesnt work for me i use realvision enb and i dont have dof there by default neither i have tilt shift so i came and downloaded it and it still doesnt work the only way to make the dof work barley is to have dynavision...this is killing me im using the 0.250 enb is there a better version?
I used to love this mod. Now it doesn't work with the current ENB's! I'm using Unreal Cinema with the latest ENB. Is there a way around this? Thanks so much for developing this to where it is, the BEST DoF on the site.
I have 2.14 installed, I've now tried it with the new Somber ENB that is featured on the front page. Still nothing... It used to work for me.
There must be some file or line in one of my files that is preventing the depth of field from being altered. I'm overwriting the enbeffectprepass file and nothing!
Perhaps you have to update your skyrimprefs.ini and skyrim.ini... Just start skyrim launcher and check the options. OR you have somehow deactivated DoF... Check your enbseries.ini in the section [effect]. Search for "EnableDepthOfField=true"
If it still not works I will update a whole package with somber and my dof for you. Because it worked for me. Just tested.
Am I doing something wrong? I drag/dropped it into my skyrim folder, changed both my "My Game" and "Skyrim" Prefs from 0 to 1. The game still works but there are no new effects. What am I doing wrong? I do have the ENB Series.
Sorry I haven't gotten back to you in a while. But I figured it all out. When I typed this I didn't know much about any of this. I have educated myself since. Thanks for the great DoF.
I tried, but failed. It's hard to create a code, that will be liked by everyone. So i changed the values the way I like it most (but didn't uploaded, because the most would not like it so hard focused). I play 1st person, so for me it isn't a problem that my dof does'nt work in 3rd person. And for riding I just unsheathe the weapon. Then I focus again right. Perhaps it helped you.
BTW: I use K-ENB - and it's beautiful. Try the alternative dof-effect (see link on my description site). It works also with 1.08.
My ten month old son decised that his parents do not need do sleep. So I am nearly awake for 10 months. The last night I slept only 4 hours - like my son. But I am nearly dead and he plays on and on and on - he must have a duracell (battery) ... That's one of the reasons why I stoped working on my dof, sorry.

If you can't see it, copy and paste it.
2. Your steamfolder/skyrim: Section [effect]
EnableDepthOfField=true
It must work....
BTW: I use K ENB extensive. If you deactivate some functions it will work fine without stuttering.
