This version should work on SE but in case anyone is wondering, there is now an SE port available: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/115655
I'm using better vampires and I gave myself the spell with PSB but whenever I feed the spells disappear and I have to add them again, im using the immensely powerful version, any fix?
I have better vampires mod, so i have reverse feeding. That means that my spells are stronger when im fully fed. The problem is, that when i activate this mod my vampiric drain is more powerful when im starved. Any fix please?
OMG yes this mod is so awesome, don't make my game lag not even a little bit, i don't use others vampires or spells mod so that could explain some, but honestly , it feel so much better, the spell is finally usefull for vampires who like to suck down the health out of their ennemies such as me, i toke the 25-55 version, wich is really really good, definitly gonna recommend this mod to all my friends
i am using better vampires (downloaded that first) now i added this mod succesfull but it seems ingame when i checked the vampiric drain, it has same damage as before...
I love this mod, as it makes my character being a vampire impactful and powerful. During long fights, I use Vampiric Drain in order to gain health back, and at the same time deal damage to all enemies in front of me.
However, I think that you can take this mod a step further. Using the MCM feature from SkyUI, mods can be configured via sliders in a menu that lets you customize... well, whatever the owner allows for that mod. With this, you could make one, regular version of the mod that lets the player customize exactly how much damage is done (and how much mana is spent per second) at each stage of vampirism, beyond the scope of the versions you made. For example, this is what you could have:
Stage 1: (1-120 slider) damage, (1-60 slider) mana cost Stage 2: (2-150 slider) damage, (1-70 slider) mana cost Stage 3: (4-175 slider) damage, (1-80 slider) mana cost Stage 4: (5-200 slider) damage, (1-100 slider) mana cost
This scope would cover just about any preferences for this specific spell, depending on the type of playthrough they are doing. Of course, these are just my suggestions, and you can have whatever numbers you want.
And yes, SkyUI does require SKSE (which you have specified that you don't want to have to use). But still, I believe it's worth it for the reasons described.
