Can i use Babette from dark brotherhood or anynjarl? Even an adopted child?

So long as they have the right voice type. So yes to Babette. Dunno 'bout anywhoozit. Yes to the child.

You should go check out my other mod; Follower Voicetypes Extended. It's the better version o' this, with actual voice files. For practically all the vanilla voice types (Except for a couple unique ones. Limited dialogue and too much effort in the CK )

This doesn't appear to work, whether it freezes the game before loading the title menu or crashes it at the same point.

its been a while since I played skyrim so I updated this patcher and now when I start the game with the patched esp it never finishes loading to the title menu. Even if I select only the basic master files , skyrim, dawnguard, hearthsfire, and dragonborn.esm

Edit nvm. It didnt overwrite the esp for some reason. I probably made a mistake. It doesnt seem to patch the USP patches right. When I got it right and made sure it included the USP by restarting NMM, it Ctd instead. Normal Masters loaded the titles fine.

      Delete the .esp file.

If you don't start a new game after the removal of this mod, 'tis your fault if your save becomes ruined.

Yeah, I've found that this isn't as conflict-free as I was led to believe. You'd best load up Tes5Edit and fix the broken NPCs.

I am unable to fix it, for it's a problem with SkyProc.

I also lost the source in a reformat, so that puts a damper on things.

On a previous install of Skyrim, I had used the early version of this mod and enjoyed it, though had some NPC hostility issues due the cloak effect; the skyproc patcher successfully nipped all those issues in the bud. Thanks for the concept & update. Endorsed.

I too am encountering the short name corruption (with some NPCs more than others, I've noticed), but it's a small inconvenience compared to those associated with the cloak effect.

Good Idea using a skyproc patcher for this. It adds the PotentialFollower and PotentialMarriage faction entries into every NPC humanoid or not. However, there are a few issues that I have noticed: The esp created by the patcher does not have the compressed flag set on the records. Theses records being uncompressed indicates that some corruption has occurred. For me it seems like just the Short Name on some npcs were affected, the name is replaced by odd symbols. Also If the NPC already had the faction entries they get added again.

Nothing wrong with the factions being added again (I think?), I've not come across any problems with that.

The name corruption is just how it goes with SkyProc. People have that problem with RealisticBodies, for example. Try running it again? It shouldn't make any changes to the names of NPCs, as all it is is just a few lines of code to add NPCs to the necessary factions.
