Just posting to say anyone who wants is free to use this as a resource now. I've no time and really no skill when it comes to changing these animations. As I said before they are all vanilla animations that I just repurposed so I just dug them up for people to use as they wish. Enjoy and thanks for all the support.
I have been trying to figure out how to get crossing arm animations forever! I use PCEA so it looks so cool when everyone is talking to me and I am just standing there crossing my arms and listening!
I haven't tried this out yet, but I love the animations already! I can tell already how much better they are than the original. Just one thing though; I was looking for the looped arms crossed animation, and that wasn't in the downloads section. Do they both (idle and looped) come in a pack? The file says it's only idle and there wasn't any window thing that let me pick either or (I use NMM.) Please let me know if there's something I overlooked.
The one you want for the crossed arms is the "Arms Folded" one. It loops the animation over and over and you can only use one of the packs at a time. I'm looking into a way of chaining the animations so its not just one single animation but all of them so they stand more like people, twitchy twitchy people Hope that helped.
They might not all be for you. Basically I ripped them from the original animation files. Trying to find one that fit from that was hard. There is some twitching between animation loops in a few.
You are in fact correct. What brought this around was my characters extremely slumped shoulders, they had been this way for a very long time and I assumed it was an update that'd broken the original stance. Turns out it was the Catwalk for the female characters, for some unknown reason it was effecting the males, not how they walked, but it would cause their shoulders to collapse into the body when they stopped moving. Since I figured this out the issue is gone and they no longer have the "derpy" idle they used to have for me
Thank you for your mod, it really helps. Question: On the Vanilla Tweaked version. I can't remember but is the gaze that high normally? He looks like he's looking for jets flying overhead. Is there a way to level his gaze a bit? If not, I like it so much better anyway, Thanks!
I have a request, though: is it possible to make another tweaked version, using the vanilla animation as base and only fix the right arm position? When using the Daedric Armor we can clearly see that the right arm is kinda misplaced (the armor's right pauldron is inside the body instead of being on the character's back).
Unfortunately, a few things bother me. the animation of my Favourit "Relax" has an annoying interruption and in my opinion the interval of "examine" is too short. In addition, "Arms Folded" should also get some kind of interval.
Nonetheless, I really love your mod and i will keep a close eye on this. Hardly anyone cares about the male idles - my respect, sir. Keep up your good work!
I'm gunna try and tweak that, problem is Im still only learning the software, this was pulled right from Bethesdas files so I'm hoping I can find a way to fix it. Thanks though.
