I've used both in the past, and I honestly prefer the comparative simplicity of this one (plus, it seems to do a better job of injecting enemy NPC's from other mods into the game world than Genesis does, from what I can tell). Genesis is a really good mod, but I'll go with 'Nightmare' any day.
unfortunately hurt-me-plenty has such a low spawn count and such long delay that it is barely noticable. ultra-violence on the other hand has 3x the spawns as hurt-me-plenty and spawns them twice as fast with bigger squads and more counts. I wish there was an in between. custom tweaking with the spell menu is also a "nightmare"
Quick question, if this mod uses self deleting actors, will they disappear if i use the ritual stone on them?
Im using enhanced ritual stone that permenantly raises the dead around me to better play a necromancer type build, and i was originally looking for enemy spawn increase mods because i wouldn't want to accumulate like 20-something people and creatures in a small army and have them only go up against 10 measely dudes who wont stand a chance in hell. But im wondering if i'll take over a fort, cast the ritual stone, and then later on have half my army disappear in the heat of battle or something.
I would wager that they only become disabled after being a lifeless corpse for a certain amount of time, yes? Or maybe they just disable themselves when you leave the cell?
Im definitely going to try this out though, it'd be a decent kind of balancer for my army im slowly raising heh, gotta be fair to the poor bandits and give them a chance right? If i try this out before i get an answer, ill edit the post to let others know if the enhanced ritual stone mod and this one work ok together.
Well beign playing again after a long break lol This mod is great for random spawns, just remember each time you reload your game to set your desired dificulty setting again, thats all. If not you will get no extra encounters. What i really like is sometimes i want to fight a lot on skyrim, other times just want to explore, make quest or relax lol So this mod is great (as any other SOT team mods are) cause if i reload the game and dont want extra spwans i just dont reactivate it Bee using it for a long long time...
Anyone else suffering from a weird instakill fireball-glitch/bug? On occasion when I charge into the battle lines a random explosion(I'm pretty sure it doesn't come from my enemies nor my Merry Band of Misfits) just kills me off(and several Merry Misfits sometimes). I'm suspecting this mod is the evildoer but not sure...
