@All - it's abandoned, I'm not planning to reinstall Skyrim, sorry I didn't make more. :| Back then I was trying to make a Khajiit mage armor with bits of redguard outfits and rich people's clothing but it just didn't look right in game and I never came back to finish it.
@Chashan - I have no idea how I could miss it, sorry. The mod has been out for years, quite a few people used the outfit without the wings and nobody noticed it, but there it is, an obvious clipping. I won't be coming back to fix it, but since you already fixed it in Nifskope - feel free to release it as a patch, I'll add the link to mod description.
@Icky - those meshes don't adjust to custom bodies and don't have weight scaling.

One last question. You say "no weight sliders"-- are the armors centered around 0 weight or 100? Based on appearance they look like 0s but wanted to check. Thanks!
I know this file has been up for quite a long time, but I only now got to finally craft the terrific Thalmor armor piece - and found a somewhat distracting clipping issue on my High Elf dame, seen circled in red here:
As noted there, it's a process involving quite a bit of fiddling around: first open with nifskope the female cuirass.nif found in Skyrim's Data/meshes/armor/JetHead/ThalmorArmor/f folder, in nifskope select 8TriNiShape - the robes-mesh - and select 9TriNiShapeData within. In the bottom list open 'Vertices', and select points to be altered from there, they'll be highlighted yellow in the render to the right - which can be somewhat hard to spot, do adjust the camera using "walk mode" in the upper panel and WASD and mouse controls.
Vertices you'll want to change are found on the mesh's back e.g. at X=-9.9360 Y=-10.0586 Z=108.0934, increasing the Y-axis negative value by 0.5 to 1 - to -10.5586 or -11.0586, that is - is about all one is required to do and did the trick for me. I managed to address the armor beneath clipping through that way excepting pieces of the shoulder to the left and right, latter of which isn't nearly as bothersome to be had.
Wow! I actually like the wings, I can totally see the Thalmor going "well we are the saviors of this pathetic world and the wings represent our divinity" or something. People seem to not like them but I think they make perfect sense. xD

It says, the creator does not want you to download this.
Wings are a separate item, they also spawn very rarely, so those who don't like them won't have to use them or see them too often.
