Actually not a bad home at all, comes with just about everything you need, alchemy/enchanting table, blacksmith anvil, tanning rack, workbench and grindstone. Only missing a smelter. A few nice freebies from the author as far as fish in barrels and food/gold on tables random clothing in storage inside. Indoors is very functional, only one cabinet is non-functioning, and the display case is not-usable, otherwise very solid job, I like! This DOES work with Dawnguard!
Also, this IS follower/spouse friendly (I am using Spouses Can Live Anywhere mod.) And it works fine with Riverwood starter home, Build Your Own Home, The Asteria-(which you can see in the distance from this house), Rayeks End and about 30+ other playerhomes mods, craftable artifacts, more craftables, immersive armors, and many, many more mods!) Will be endorsing this~
