Not sure if this is only me but every time I install this mod and loads a savegame the note with congratulations just pops up in front of me and I've not even been to Winterhold yet. This is not quite immersive.
That is really odd, since the "note" is a letter delivered using the built-in courier api. And I have not encountered this among numerous saves and loads, and so far no one else has mentioned the same error. Are you using any mods that make changes to the courier radiant quest? I recommend messing with your load order and disabling other mods to see if you can find another mod that is conflicting with this one. Once we know who's causing the problem, we can start talking about solutions.
o hai! Sorry, I should've been monitoring my mods closer, but real life has been fun. This wouldn't be hard, but it *does* kind of border on cheating, IMO. If I decide to do it, it'll be a separate file. On a side note, my PC has nearly half a million septims (I'm trying to become a millionaire ) and you can almost literally farm the shopkeepers at the college of winterhold for soul gems. I've got one mod I'm working on (and kind of stuck) and a second in planning. The second is a mod that allows you to charge soul gems using Dwarven Convectors, as the dialog indicates that's what the convectors were used for.
@ironmonkbr I'm not aware of any tutorials. I downloaded Enhanced Soul Gems and reverse engineered his process in creating a new workbench. If I can find time in the next little while, I'll see about writing a tutorial on the CK wiki or here on Nexus, and I'll post a link to it from here.
@popcorn71 It's a carryable item, it's supposed to move around - but only when the player moves it. It took me forever to get the havok properties set right so it didn't do wierd stuff like sliding through the floor. Apparently I still haven't got it right - when I loaded a save game the station had moved on its own, probably fallen through the floor and dropped back in the center of the cell.
:edit: Fix uploaded The interaction is still not perfect, but it works and stays put when you load your game!
I not exactly an expert on collision properties, but I noticed that you have Motion System = MO_SYS_SPHERE_INERTIA Solver Deactivation = SOLVER_DEACTIVATION_LOW Quality Type = MO_QUAL_MOVING
while other static/furniture nifs have Motion System = MO_SYS_BOX_STABILIZED Solver Deactivation = SOLVER_DEACTIVATION_OFF Quality Type = MO_QUAL_INVALID
I would guess that that is why the workbench is moving around.
Known bugs that I've found after uploading that I didn't find before: When loading a savegame, the workbench may have moved. I'm guessing a havok mess. The collision on this has been a PAIN!

You won't get skill increased in any skill. For me that was better than maxing out my skill by creating 1 item, which seemed too much like cheating.

In the mean time I will check that other mod for reference as well.

There is any tutorial how to create custom workbenches? I searched in the nexus but didn't found anything.
