   Like i said, its between Orcish and ebony, so its never gonna exceed something like, say, daedric armor. I'm just providing a solution here for people who want to wear it, but are put of by the armor rating even at low levels

   I have to ask how balanced this is?
   
   Indeed the base stats of the armor are similar to the Iron armor. however it fits in the Daedric category making it superior, and since it benefits from the Daedric Smithing perk which vastly improves its armor rating when upgraded it means that the armor is comparable with some of the higher tier armors.
   
   If the base stats of this are much higher, wouldnt it become extremely high when improved?

   If you do decide to add photos, could they be showing the armour rating compared to the vanilla variant?
