Just a note to let everyone know that I updated Arro, so their shouldn't be anymore problems with purple eyes, no body showing, anything like that. he should be all good now. Let me know if you are still having problems.
New eye texture replacer is called The Eyes of Beauty (link on description page). You will need to DL and install that in order for Arro's eyes to show up properly.
Just a quick note to update you all on my progress. At the moment I am having collision problems with the first floor walls of the house (I can walk right thru the walls), not sure why its happening but progress has been halted on the house till I can get it fixed. BUT I don't want to keep you all waiting any longer than necessary, so I have switched gears and will be working solely on the followers themselves so I can at least get them done and uploaded for you all. I am hoping to have all 8 done by end of august, early september. But that isn't set in stone, unfortunately I can't give an accurate estimate of when they will be done with my health issues being what they are, but end of august is my goal. I want to thank everyone for your patience, and encouragement. The fact that you all like my followers so much gives me the energy to keep working on them. So thank you for that. And I promise to get them done as soon as I can.
I know you are all eagerly awaiting the standalone version of my Gorgeous Men of Skyrim follower mod. And it is in the works, along with the player house and inn that will go with it. But there have been some delays that I wanted to make everyone aware of in the meantime. These last couple months have been really hard on my family, husband lost his job, car broke down, hubby's mom passed away, and then my skyrim game had a coronary and I am now in the process of rebuilding my game folder. I am hoping to be back to modding by the end of the week, if all goes well. But I dont have an ETA yet as to when the standalone mod will be done, as I still have a TON of stuff to do for it. But I promise to try and keep you all updated as best as I can so that you know how things are going. If you have questions, or problems with the mod, I do check these posts often so you can leave a comment here or you can pm me if you need help with something.
Anyway, I just wanted to reassure you all that I will be working on the standalone mod, its just taking a heck of a lot longer than I first expected it would. So hang in there, it will get done, eventually lol, I promise .
Hey everyone, I'm back after being sick for the last couple months, and just found out that the eye mod that I used for my guys, is no longer available on the nexus, at least I cant find it. So I am in the process of looking for a new one to replace it, and once i can get permission to use it in my mods, I'll get to work updating all my guys, so that you have something useable until I can get the standalone mod done.
Added a new pic of my guy with the new male face textures that I will be using when I make them all into standalone mods. Its some great work, Fine Face Textures by Urshi. The first pic with the fireplace is where the sitting area will be. The second pic is a front to back view of the first floor. And the third pic is where the master bedroom will be.
I've nearly got the basement laid out, then it will be just a mater of making some rooms down there. Eventually I'll add the second floor, with a balcony off the back, overlooking the water. I'm gonna be working on it most of today so I hope to make some good progress on it.
Ok it may be longer than a couple of days lol. As I was advised that since I plan on making my followers into one big mod, that I should do that first, and then seperate them into individual DLs later. So I will be working on the All-in-one version of the mod first. Which will have all 8 followers (the six that I have up on the nexus already, and the other 2 that havent been released yet), and a custom player home/Inn to house them all in.
The Player House/Inn will feature a bartender, a bard, and a barmaid. As well as a fully functional crafting area, complete with forge, tanning rack, grindstone, workbench, alchemy and enchanting tables. It will also have many rooms, to house all of the followers, and a masterbedroom for dovahkiin. Other possible features may be a garden, stables, and working store.
This project has grown quite a bit from my original idea lol. So I ask you all to be patient while I make this the best mod that I can make it.
Woot! The custom textures for Arro's weapons just got done today, so I will be starting work on him tonight , I hope to have him done in a couple days (crosses fingers), barring anymore health issues. So keep your eyes peeled for the standalone version of Arro, coming soon!!
Nothing is set in stone, but I am talking with the mod author of the LOTR weapons he is using, and she said she would try and make him a unique set of the weapons, so that I could use those for the standalone mod. Because she usually doesnt allow reuploads but she said she could make him his own unique set to use. So he will have a new set made for him, and you wont be able to get the new LOTR set anywhere accept here (well once I make him into a standalone mod ). So I am excited to see what she comes up with for him. And I will keep you all posted on the progress .
For all those having problems with Arro since they updated the Nordic Ranger Armor. I have just uploaded version 3 of the mod, with the newest version of the Nordic Ranger Armor. Hopefully this will fix the problems people were having.
Be sure to uncheck the old version's .esp in your load order, load game, save, exit game,delete the old version of the mod, install new version, then load the save and enjoy!!
This will be the last update till I get the last permission I need to make the mod a standalone one. After that you wont have to worry what version of the armor he has, since it wont affect the armor mod at all once I make it standalone .
