To make it more Sicilian the blade should be thin as the point is the emphasis. Also to make the hilt more accurate to period it should be sweft or cup style. It may help to add the symbol of the Sicilian city-state.
I am endorsing for the mesh because it's unique and I love it. But I think the textures on the blade need some work. It looks rough and unattractive, it would be great if you could make it smoother, add shine and maybe a blood groove to it. Hey this is a good start though and I hope you'll continue to improve on it!
I like the blade breaker at the hilt which would be effective at trapping an opponents sword but I would prefere a shorter off handed weapon of similar design, good work but maybe a little bit of embelishment to the texure such as engraving or a design running along the central haft of the blade, Please keep this up but consider making a short sword braker for offhanded. I like the design or would not have commented.
@ Shadowboy2020 lolwat, what are you even saying... If it looks bad, people wont download/use it. If it looks good, then people will be more willing to download your mod and carry on using it. People simply aren't going to download it if it looks bad are they?
I'm not saying this mod looks bad outright, it has it's merits, but saying that you will make it better on the pretence it gets more downloads, is not the right way to go about mod making. Sure if you make something good and it gets somewhat popular, you will of course put more time into that to make it even better than it was. That is slightly different though...
