Awesome house, and nice location. I have some questions though. One, are you planning on expanding the sanctuary? I found a door but it wont open or anything. And another, the first floor of my house is really laggy (my computer is awful). What could be causing that you think?
And one suggestion, places to sit in the sanctuary for followers and such? I have the "your home is my home" mod and I would definitely like that sanctuary to be my 'main base' for all of my followers. Just a suggestion though. Nice house, thank-you!

AMEN! Not sure why you took pictures of the outside while it was pitch black though.
Always wanted a house up North ! Sick to death of these people that think we need 200 houses near Riverwood.
