No, it won't sadly so we are a bit left behind until this gets ported to SSE. What happens is the patch for the unofficial Skyrim SE patch is a bit different than the regular one.
I don't know if you've ported this mod for yourself but I got it ported for myself and loaded in game with no issues. I messaged the mod author waiting for permission to post the ported mod but judging on when it was last updated I don't know if I'll get a response.
P.S. I just followed a guide so I don't know how to work on the mod to keep updating it and shiz. If you know of a mod author that would become a caretaker of it please let me know.
I up dated my copy of racial-compatibility to the latest version and what do you know I got a "Detected script conflict PlayerVampireQuestScript.pex" error, after googling it I discovered that my old version (which was ruinning fine) is not compatable with the latest version of better vampires and I should upgrade to the latest version of racial-compatibility (which displays the error message). What i want to know is how can racial-compatibility be conficting with better vampires when I havent installed better vampires?

If you want to make custom race, I definitely recommend this mod among many other 'race compatibility' related mods. Unlike others, this mod does not touch any existing scripts. It is fully compatible with any version of werewolf and vampire mods. I've been using this mod with my custom race for over a year and I haven't gotten into any problem
you can try looking through your hair mod pages for patches, or through temptress race patches. this mod is quite old and dosent seem to be worked on anymore
