About this mod
Adds a point buy system of beneficial and detrimental traits. Make your character a bit more unique.

After choosing your race you can add positive and negative traits to your character via scripted books.
What you can choose and what not is dependent on your chosen race and influences the game more than the race alone.
The positive traits must be balanced with negative ones, should you have spare points (more valuable negative traits than positive ones) the difference will be added as perk points(this requires skse)
