    Is this mod being updated?
It's a super interesting concept, but I want to see some numbers with it. Is there a nitty-gritty Readme where I can get specific answers? Things like the starting stats and per level growth. The exact debuffs the aura inflicts, and the rate/chances and ranges. Do I really automatically Soul Trap people I stand next to? Then most important to me, will this interfere with stealth, and can I choose to NOT kill a hostile? If I want to hide from someone and observe them, it feels really bad when my target spontaneously dies after several seconds. This race doesn't seem very stealthy at all.

Also, it sounds like people aren't understanding the "adrenaline rush" effect. I personally find it conflicts with the rest of the race features, which are really terrible for fast-action combat. It doesn't have a speed boost, so the only reason it exists is for "reassessment", which anyone who cares about that can easily do by hitting the "ESC" key, or even better, type "tfc 1" in the console. I'd rather it be an active ability so it can help me escape, or a greatly reduced duration just to help me deal with surprises.

I'm sorry if my critique or lack of role-play offends you. I see great potential in this race mod, but a lot of flaws. This mod can significantly alter the way the game is played, and I want to know exactly what I can and can't do with this so I can capitalize on that opportunity.

I'm having trouble installing this mod. I'm using NMM but it doesn't seem to be working. Everytime I boot up the game and start up the race menu but the race isn't there.
Does anyone know what I should do?

I freaked out when nearby Vampires were dropping like flies.. This mod is by far my most favorite. A race that has a desructive force that must be contained in certain moments? Amazing. What was the inspiration? And friendly NPCs seem to have an aura about them, was that your doing?

By any chance will you make a Riddick/Furian type race in the future?

I've discovered that I cannot use the showracemenu or any other way to change appearance (like the face sculptor) to change the hairstyle or eye colors on the varsicari (you can slide the slider back and forth but it does nothing). They do in fact work on other custom races though so I am relatively certain it has to do with the varsicari.

Though even with that little blip this is probably my favorite of the custom races I have played so far

I've had the same issue with sudden slow down on combat with multiple enemies. I think that the inherent effects are causing performance issues, I also found that this mod does BREAK the passive abilities across all races. I did install the mod but changed my mind and made a Redguard, only to find that the Varsicari abiliites had been applied to the Redguard.

Unless these problems can be corrected I wouldn't recommend anyone install this mod if they have multiple characters or don't want to reduce graphical settings to support the high load caused by the Varsicari magical aura effects.

Regarding the hairstyle, you have to go to the menu part that lets you select a preselected/random attributes. Then you can go and edit those attributes including the hairstyle. For some reason if you try and just start editing your character before selecting one of the preselected/random choices then it acts like apachi isn't working or something; this probably has to do with how things are loaded (load/sort order) of your files.
Also check out these mods to make sure races are separate:

Hey I really enjoy using this Race mod. Good job designing/working on it. This is following Lucas90251's topic kinda, I noticed that when changing character attributes in the showracemenu, I had only one hairstyle, or couldn't change eyecolor, this was replicated without other conflicting mods, but kinda on and off again. Basically, it was kinda difficult to reproduce without other mods, but i managed to reproduce the error when using apachii skyhair, the oblivion hairstyles pack and coolsims hair packs, as well as bloody sunday's hairs. A wide variety of eye mods were also used and I managed to reproduce the single eye color error. Anyway, just thought i'd mention that, and mention that sometimes the adrenaline rush feels very slow when engaging combat. like my player moves unnecessarily slow when the adrenaline rush activates. It seems like it might be better to use the quick reflexes effect instead, but it's just a suggestion. Endorsed btw ^_^

The hair style follows what other hairstyles your Nords have, so if you messed and narrowed the options of your Nord race's hairstyle, that's going to be the effect.
