of first note I tried to craft the akatsuki robes, but they wouldn't show up on my character or any NPC followers i had, but I noticed that the akatsuki robe that I was wearing worked on both my character and my follower. So i did some searching on the internet to find out how to spawn these items using the console command system.
if you go to the console command IG (just hit the ~ key) and type in "help akatsuki" it will give you the list of everything IG that has the title "Akatsuki" attached to it, along with their item ID's! if you use the first Akatsuki Robe item ID and use the command "player.additem (ItemID) (# requested)", you can get as many Akatsuki robes as you like. Right now I am using the Ultimate Follower Overhall (UFO) which allows me to give these robes to multiple followers so as to form my own Akatsuki IG. Just thought that I'd add this for people who were interested in this.
fyi in the console command it will look like this:
player.additem ######### #
which corresponds to this expression: player.additem <item ID number> <# requested>

player.additem 2D000D64 1
the last number is however many akatsuki robes you want. have fun!
