Predators: The Lost Tribes Ver114B (Part 2 of the Yautja character expansion, 14th major update in the series)

Installation ---

Remove/Delete previous predator BSA, ESP.

Then drop all the new files into your Data folder.

I suggest you make sure your Predators Mod loads last in the list of Mods you are running. If you are running my predator jump mod - then make that load very last, or at least load after the main predators mod.

Your Skyrim must be updated to latest --- at least 1.9.32.0.8 or higher.

This Mod typically will not work with hacked/crackd Skyrim.exe because they are frequently out of date.

---------------------

If you're already been running this mod and have old save games..

The Yautja and Badblood races have modifications to their models - so old save game data might appear odd when you first load the update.

IF your predator shows up partially on an old save game, go into the character menu, (or worst case restart a new game.)

======> To access the character menu and make changes to your character any time. <=======

hit "~" to enter the console (~ is the little key just below your esc key in the upper left.)
type "showracemenu" (don't actually type the quotes, only what's in between them)
then hit "~" again to close the console menu back and you're now actively in the race menu.

flip between a few races and adjust your characters - notice besides the new classic Predator1 head, there are new Eyes and hair styles for both male and female.

hit Done, and you're back in the game!

If you hit a Major Bug with a quest in game that does not work with predators - - use this race menu trick to change to a default race - do the quest dialouge -then when its completed ok - switch back to a Predator.

-------------------------

Getting started fast

If you load a save game to avoid the tutorial and all that cinematic stuff - you can get your predator gear not too far outside of the helgen keep dungeon exit. Poke around you'll find the Yautja drop pod.

Other starter gear is located in the early part of the helgen keep dungeon tutorial.

I have also sprinkled books through the world with new waypoints (search the wizard's desk at dragonsreach keep)

Notes on Biomasks and Cloaking Device rules

Biomasks contain various digital camoflage and cloaking device units. The cloaking devices do not render you invisible - but rather enhance your 'sneaking' capability. Even if you appear somewhat transparent, people can still see you (just like the movies, "I see you up, in dem trees" ) if you are not crouching and sneaking to the best of your ability. Mask frequently give you the ability to breath underwater and give other bonuses depending on what they were designed to specialize in.

Cloaks

MK1 -- this is a very basic camoflage and gives a slight boost to your sneaking. This camoflage will fail dramatically in the rain - shorting out and making enough noise to cancel out any sneak bonsus.

MK2 -- twice the sneak capability of the mk1 and it activates when you withdraw a weapon for visual effect - but you only get the sneak bonus when you are sneaking. Sneaking with weapons drawn is there more for the hostile predators to appear invisible when attacking the player.

MK3 -- nearly a perfect camoflage (except your eyes still show yellow from certain angles) The MK3 gives amazing bonuses to your sneak and allows you to silently move right up to targets. In addition The MK3 cloaks when you sneak or run, so that Yautja attacking the player will appear almost invisible. This adds quite the trill when you encounter them in the wild.

Please feel free to engage me in any discussions by posting on the nexus forums on the 'Predators-The Lost Tribes' page. I actively communicate with the community, and do my best to improve this mod where and when I can.
