if your're missing the head and skin color and so on - then your art files in the BSA and the ESP files are not matching up right. Here's a few steps you can try to remedy this.
Step 1 - get the latest files! - UPDATE YOUR SKYRIM to the latest verison.My Skyrim is set to auto update - so my ESPs will be built with the latest US versions. Update yours to match!
Step 2 - Then delete or move ALL old predator files - install the new ones. The BSA and ESP must be latest.
Step 3 - Double check! Make sure your BSA and EPS are in the Data Directory together and that when you launch Skyrim the MOD is at the bottom of the load list so it Loads LAST.
Step 4 - not fixed yet? did you try Starting a new character? - if you use an old save file and that save game that had incorrect paths saved - it will still be looking in the wrong spot for art and you may not see a new player character.
Step 5 - If the BSA next to the ESP in your data folder and latest files still does not work for you - (perhaps something about your setup is very unique/non vanilla - use the manual install or decompress the BSA and manually drop in model, texture, sound files into your data folder's.)
