  know for this to happen I need help , not for the boring placing all the buildings in the right place one by one , no that I can do , and want to do .
  I need help to edit the nifs , to make the windows of interior cells of all major citys transparent.
  it can be done it has been done for oblivion , so if annyone wants to help me please PM me or leave a comment ,
