Supreme and Volumetric Fog

- SCRIPTLESS!
- More realistic
- Improved visual effects and performance
- Totally compatible with RCRN and other environmental mods (except Climates of Tamriel)
- Support for Climates of Tamriel v3.x coming soon (really soon)!
- Removed the Morning Fogs feature. If you want it, download my "Morning Fogs" standalone mod.
- Fixed a tiny bug that sometimes you'll see foggy shaders when you enter houses and/or dungeons.

- Added new morning fogs to Riverwood, Ivarstead and Markarth (exterior)
- Added a command console to toggle volumetric effect
If you don't want the volumetric effect just open console command and type:
set sf_volumetric to 0
If you want back the volumetric fog tpye:
set sf_volumetric to 1

New version and new feature: Myst fogs in docks!

New v1.1 version:
- All vanilla foggy weather have different fog distances now. One of these is very dense!
- Added myst fogs in docks of Solitude, Windhelm, Riften and Dawnstar, you can see these fogs from 4am to 7am.
